Important Information for Vendors:
Setting up your space: Vendors are permitted to set up their spaces at 7:00 am and must be completely set up by 10:45 am.
Upon arrival at the location, a committee member will be available to indicate where your space is located. To ensure a smooth setup, please ensure that you have the necessary water hoses (we recommend at least 100ft), and any additional cords.
Please note • Your application is not considered complete until payment is submitted. All vendors must complete an application once approved you will receive an email to submit payment.
Payment secures your vendor spot unless we contact you regarding an issue with vendor guidelines or inappropriate content.

Vendor Responsibility: Please note that vendors are responsible for all aspects of their concession. We do not provide any tents, chairs, or tables for the event.
