Important Notice: No Refunds Available, Rescheduling Only.

Important Information for Vendors:

Setting up your space: Vendors are permitted to set up their spaces at 6:00 am am and must be completely set up by 9:45 am.

Upon arrival at the location, a committee member will be available to indicate where your space is located. To ensure a smooth setup, please ensure that you have the necessary water hoses (we recommend at least 100ft), and any additional cords.

Vendor Responsibility: Please note that vendors are responsible for all aspects of their concession. We do not provide any tents, chairs, or tables for the event.
