We are currently accepting applications for vendors for the 2025 Jingle and Mingle Market in Downtown! Please take time to fill out this form

Important Notice: No Refunds Available, Rescheduling Only.

Important Information for Vendors:

Setting up your space: Vendors are permitted to set up their spaces at 7 am and must be completely set up by 10 am.

Upon arrival at the location, a committee member will be available to indicate where your space is located. To ensure a smooth setup, please ensure that you have the necessary power cables, extension cords, water hoses (we recommend at least 100ft), and any additional cords.

Access to Resources: You will be granted access to the necessary power source requirements you listed on your vending application. Additionally, vendors will have access to water on location.

Vendor Responsibility: Please note that vendors are responsible for all aspects of their concession. We do not provide any tents, chairs, or tables for the event.
